CanRehab Trust Retreat
19th - 26th April 2026
The CanRehab Trust Retreat is designed to inspire individuals living with or recovering from cancer to challenge themselves, with a focus on health and wellbeing rather than illness.
This is an English speaking event but international clients are welcome.

What To Expect:
We understand that physical activity can be difficult during and after cancer treatment, but with our expert support, we aim to help you overcome these barriers and rediscover the role of movement, exercise, and physical activity in daily life.
Our goal is for every participant to leave with renewed confidence in their abilities and a deeper understanding of the physical and emotional benefits of staying active.
The CanRehab Trust Retreat will feature a range of enjoyable sports and exercise activities. You’ll take part in familiar exercises and also have the chance to try something new—helping to rebuild confidence and remind you of the joy and benefits of movement.
- Be guided by the UK’s leading cancer and exercise specialists
- Challenge yourself physically and mentally in a supportive, safe environment
- Rebuild confidence in inspiring surroundings
