Basic Fitness Program (1-4 weeks)
Book one of our Green Team Fitness Instructors to personalise a general fitness programme for you. This basic programme is aimed at beginners and intermediates to use for 1-4 weeks.
The package consists of:
- 30-minute consultation with a Fitness Instructor
- 55-minute follow-up to run through the programme

Tailored Fitness Program (4-12 weeks)
Book one of our Green Team Fitness Instructors to personalise a specific fitness programme for you that can be structured to suit your unique needs and goals. This bespoke programme is aimed at intermediates to advanced and can be designed to last up to 12 weeks.
The package consists of:
- 30-minute consultation with a Fitness Instructor
- 55-minute follow-up to run through the programme
