We teach a range of dance styles including: Ballroom, Jazz, Cha Cha, and more.
Our dance classes are for everyone. You will learn a set choreography, set to a particular song.
The style will be chosen by the instructor and could be Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin, Disco or one of many other styles.
Learn the basic steps from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. Ballroom dancing consists of 5 standard dances (Quickstep, Slow Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz and Waltz) and 5 Latin American dances (Cha-Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Rumba and Samba).
You can come with or without a partner and you will learn one standard and one Latin dance per class.
This popular fitness concept was invented by Elisabeth Dalsgaard and it will leave you feeling like a ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ Superstar.
Ballroom Fitness™ will teach you to cha-cha-cha, jive, waltz, samba etc. whilst having a fun effective workout. This is all done to the latest and most popular music without a partner.
