A strength and conditioning program involving: weightlifting, power lifting, rowing, running.

We’ve got an introduction into CrossFit class available throughout the week. You will spend two hours with the CrossFit coaches learning the nine foundation movements of CrossFit: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Clean. Once you’ve completed the beginners class you can take part in the CrossFit introduction class and feel comfortable and confident performing the movements. This class will finish with a workout involving the movements learned in the class.

CrossFit Experimental 

You will be led by our expert coaches, performing varied functional movements  at high intensity across broad time and modal domains like accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, power, strength speed and stamina.

CrossFit Conditioning 

This class will involve a longer CrossFit workout that is adaptable to all fitness and skill levels.

CrossFit  Team WOD

A mix ability class, where you can take part and be challenged as part of a 2-4 person team to complete CrossFit workouts. Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity! Our coaches will be leading the way.

Crossfit 10-15 year old.

A beginners class for teens to try CrossFit aspects.

Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The main principles of CrossFit such as power, coordination, stamina, speed, high intensity movements will all be incorporated.
