CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. It is a lifestyle characterised by safe and effective exercise combined with sound nutrition. It can be used to achieve any goal, from improved health to weight loss to enhanced performance. It works for everyone, whether you are just starting out or have been training for years. The workouts are different every day and can be adapted for all ages and fitness levels.
Our brand-new CrossFit area is fully equipped with sandbags, kettlebells, wallballs, slamballs, barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, plyo boxes, lifting platforms, bars, rings, ropes and much more. Our experienced CrossFit coaches run daily classes for complete beginners to experienced athletes all under the sunny blue skies of Lanzarote.
This class introduces 1 of the 9 foundation movements of CrossFit and finish with a short workout involving some of the movements learned in the class.
This class involves a longer CrossFit workout that is adaptable to all fitness and skill levels.
Only for people with experience in CrossFit. You will be expected to know the movements without having to be taught.
CrossFit is a sport that involves risks when the movements are not performed with correct technique. If you are new to CrossFit or want to go over the basics, join one of our taster classes or book a personal instruction with one of our CrossFit coaches.
