CrossFit at Club La Santa
Train on your own or join one of the many team activities with our experienced Crossfit instructors, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. Our brand-new CrossFit area is fully equipped with sandbags, kettlebells, wallballs, slamballs, barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, plyo boxes, lifting platforms, bars, rings, ropes and much more. Our experienced CrossFit coaches run daily classes, suitable for complete beginners to experienced athletes.
We recommend joining a team activity or booking a one-to-one session with a CrossFit instructor, to prevent any injuries, learn the correct technique and to improve your performance. You can also book a private instruction.
CrossFit For Everyone
At Club La Santa, we offer a range of different CrossFit classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Our classes include Introduction to CrossFit, CrossFit Conditioning, CrossFit Experienced, CrossFit Team WOD and CrossFit 10-15!
CrossFit is a sport that involves risks when the movements are not performed with correct technique. If you are new to CrossFit or want to learn how to perform movements with the correct, safe technique, join one of our beginner focused classes, or book a personal instruction with one of our CrossFit coaches.
