Improve your fitness and technique with our boxing classes.
Boxing instructor’s are available in a group session each week. These sessions start with a warm up and some fun partner exercises to build strength and train your reflexes.
The instructor’s will demonstrate different drills and take some time with each individual to help you with the training technique. Above all these sessions are designed to be fun, to give you an introduction to the sport or show you how to develop any basic skills you may already have. Some time will be spent in the ring and practicing on the punch bag as well as practicing with a partner.
