Aqua Jogging is very effective for injury rehabilitation and for non-impact cross training. Our introduction class focuses on technique and injury prevention,whilst getting a good workout.

This fun water exercise offers all the benefits of running but with less impact on your body, and gives you the same intensity workout but at a lower heart rate – burning up lots of calories! Pushing your body through the water will help you strengthen your muscles and joints while staying cool.
