Meet The Instructors

Maria Jæger is also an external instructor from Your Potential International Swimming Academy – YPISA.

Maria is always chasing the “why?”. Why do we do what we do? The “why” can make us realize what and how we learn best and make us aware of our blind spots and learning resistance. This way of thinking is how Maria creates learning situations – she simply sparks curiosity . With a loving push, she aims to inspire, and play. Besides being an educated teacher, Maria also holds a Master’s in Physical Activity and Health.

Maria is running YPISA’s swim club in Denmark – situated on Fyn. Maria holds a board membership in the Danish council of greater water safety, and she is also working with water safety on a international level as she is representing Denmark in ILSE (International lifesaving Europe).

Maria loves the joy of teaching and especially seeing the great moments when children and adult experience control and joy in the water.
