We offer a range of yoga, stretching and relaxation classes.

Relax and unwind, free your body and mind as you are guided move by move by our talented instructors in the various exercises and classic yoga poses. If you’re new to yoga there’s no need to worry the instructors will take it at your pace and make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience.

We also offer various activities focusing on: stretching, recovery, massaging muscles these activities incorporate physical and mental elements of yoga.

We offer Hatha, Flow and Aerial Yoga, throughout the weeks and even have specific yoga weeks.
