We offer a range of yoga, stretching and relaxation classes.
The word ‘hatha’ can be translated in two ways: as ‘force’ or the yoga of activity and as ‘sun’ (ha) and ‘moon’ (that), the yoga of balance. Our hatha yoga classes are a slow, gentle style that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) which help to balance and bring peace to the mind and body.
This is more dynamic and intense style of yoga derived from Vinyasa Flow. In this class you will synchronise breath (pranayama) and movement in a continuous flow from one yoga pose (asana) to the next combined with longer holds in some postures.
Stretch & Relax
Take a break from hard training and come and enjoy this feel-good class, designed to improve flexibility, release tight muscles and leave you feeling totally relaxed. You will perform a series of stretches followed by a relaxation section at the end.
Release & Unwind
This is a 45-minute self‐massage class using foam rollers and small balls to release tension and deeply stretch any tight muscles that have developed over the day, week or a longer period. Foam rolling is a form of myofascial release which can soften or release tight connective tissue that surrounds muscles.
Stretch & Relax makes you more flexible and leaves you totally relaxed.
A different way to stretch and lengthen your body using the aerial hammocks. Your bodyweight can be completely supported by the hammock allowing you to invert which elongates and decompresses the spine. This class is a gentler version of Aerial Strength allowing more people to get the aerial experience.
Please note this class is not suitable for pregnant women.
