Using various equipment, as well as your own body weight; you can push your body to improve strength and fitness. This class involves varied movements, and exercises performed at high intensity.
A fast paced circuit training workout which is made up of our instructors favourite equipment. Each circuit could be completely different! But, you can expect it to feature such equipment as battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. This class is focused on building strength and muscular endurance.
Power Legs and Glutes
In this workout you will strengthen and tone your lower body. There will be a special focus on the quads and glutes. This class can be completed with or without equipment.
This 50 minute class features both cardio and strength intervals. The intervals are longer than in a regular HIIT class and equipment will be used. The effective blend of cardio and strength training is great for the body’s endurance, and the exercises utilised will be inspired from power training. A great overall full body workout.
