Kettlebell training is different from many other forms of weight training, because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously.
Kettlebells are one of the most versatile pieces of resistance equipment. Our instructors will introduce you to all the major kettlebell exercises; such as kettlebell swings, thrusters, clean and press, squats as well as much more.
Using various equipment, as well as your own body weight; you can push your body to improve strength and fitness. This class involves varied movements, and exercises performed at high intensity.
A fast paced circuit training workout which is made up of our instructors favourite equipment. Each circuit could be completely different! But, you can expect it to feature such equipment as battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. This class is focused on building strength and muscular endurance.
Power Legs and Glutes
In this workout you will strengthen and tone your lower body. There will be a special focus on the quads and glutes. This class can be completed with or without equipment.
A high-intensity interval training class which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest.
