This class draws from the Martial Arts of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxing to create a great full body workout. Using motivational music, the class will push you to your limit!

You will kick and punch your way into shape, working your legs, toning your arms, back and shoulders and strengthening your core. You will also develop coordination, agility and speed at the same time as burning lots of calaries.
