Dear Club La Santa Customer
We know that you all love coming to Club La Santa and that this years visit might have been disrupted or cancelled with the current situation. We understand that there is a level of travel uncertainty for many of you, which may have led you to re- consider your travel plans for the rest of 2020. We want to reassure you we will do our upmost best to rearrange bookings for all those who want to re-arrange. We’ve made this slightly easier by launching summer 2021 earlier, giving those who wish to rearrange longer to do so.

As you are all aware due to the Coronavirus situation governments around the world are issuing advice and directives on an hourly basis. At Club La Santa we are being guided by the Spanish government and officials of the Canarian authorities.
Club La Santa UK and Ireland are focused purely on our customers needs at this time and we are committed to ensuring you have all the correct information to enable you to make informed decisions regarding your trip to our resort. We have now updated our cancellation policy to the 15th June 2020
If you have a booking with us from now until the 15th June 2020 and you would like to amend your booking, please email the team who will help you change your booking , you can now rebook until 3rd November 2021.
The team can talk you through alternative dates and costs. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for the team to respond.
I am traveling up to 15th June 2020 and do not wish to amend my booking and I would like a full refund.
If you require a refund we kindly ask you to contact the team during the specified dates below, our team will be working through refunds in travel date order.
If you were due to travel between the 11th May – 17th May 2020 Contact us from 11th May
If your travel date is from 18th May 2020 – 24th May 2020 Contact us from 18th May
If your travel date is from 25th May 2020 – 31st May 2020 Contact us from 25th May

Can we ask kindly, for you to not apply for your refund prior to the above, as we are working through in departure date order.
If I booked accommodation only with CLS and flights with an airline directly what should I do?
You should contact the airline directly concerning your flights, to determine what options are available to you, and then get in touch with our office regarding your accommodation booking.
If my booking includes flights booked by Club La Santa UK, what should I do?
Contact us if you are looking to change the dates of your booking and we will talk with the airline to see what options are available to us at this point in time. Right now, only flights departing during these days are affected by the Spanish Government decree and the resultant FCO advice.
Please bear with us as it is an exceptionally busy period and a fast moving situation. If you do contact us we will try to respond as soon as we possibly can, but it could take up to 48 hours to reply, due to the volume of emails we are receiving. When sending an enquiry if you could make the booking reference number the subject line of the email this will help speed things up for the team.

As the situation about the Coronavirus (Covid-19) evolves, the safety and security of our guests and staff remains our highest priority.
