Bungee Superfly®

Bungee Super Fly® was created by Dutch aerial specialist Janneke van Amelsvoort. This high intensity, full body workout, can  burn upto 300-600 calories an hour.  Suspended on a bungee cord, attached at your hips, you can explore three-dimensional manoeuvres that fully engage each and every muscle in the body. With this Bungee Super Fly® class you will build strength, mobility, and core stability whilst having lots of fun.

Aerial Pilates

Aerial Pilates is a combination of Pilates principles and circus-fit, hammocks are used to strengthen the muscles in the pelvis, abdomen and core. Hammocks are also used to perform a decompression of the spinal column, the class ends with a short relaxation session.

6D Sliding

6D™ Sliding is the new calisthenics fitness craze. The 50 minute class is a new, effective, joint-gentle discipline, designed by Danish sports and health specialists 6-Directions. The innovative slide training concept allows people to train their muscles in all six directions of movement – up, down, right, left, back and forward, plus all the rotations. Six-seated sliding washers are used under the feet or hands, depending on the exercise, and include fast starts and stops, resembling movements of other sports.

Barefoot Fitness®

Barefoot Fitness® is the basic functional strength training, where you work on your own body weight. As the name suggests, all training is without shoes, Its principles embody what going barefoot represents; stripped down, minimal but effective, giving people the tools they need to gain strength, muscle, mobility and restore pain-free joint function.
