This camp is aimed at all abilities and all distances
This camp is very much about getting in some early winter aerobic base miles. So each day the plan will be to swim, bike and run. Every day the distances for each discipline will vary but generally the volume will increase over the week. The emphasis will be placed on training but I will always be available to help with any aspect of triathlon and triathlon training that people are keen to learn about. The nature of this time of year and this type of training means it can be very social with stops at the best cafes and cake.
