Walking is a very good exercise for the body. You improve your endurance and strength when walking uphill, while the movements downhill and on uneven terrain can help to improve coordination and balance training.

One day we will take a MTB and go exploring the nearby village of Famara – suitable for beginners. People who have never tried to go mountain biking will have a great debut.

Discover the body thrives blazing in the fresh air, surrounded by Lanzarote’s unique scenery. Your thoughts can run free, you will be happy and have more energy.
