13th – 19th December 2019 –
The Walking Adventure Week offers a wide range of interesting and varied walks around one of the most fascinating volcanic islands in the world, Lanzarote. The tours stretching from Risco de Famara in the north to Yaiza in the south, and from Club La Santa in the west to the coast in the east.
Walking is a very good exercise for the body. You improve your endurance and strength when walking uphill, while the movements downhill and on uneven terrain can help to improve coordination and balance training.
On one of the days we’ll go exploring on mountain bikes to Famara, a village which is close to the resort. It’s suitable for beginners so anyone whose not tried mountain biking will have the chance to try the sport
Enjoy being out in the fresh air, surrounded by Lanzarote’s stunning scenery. Your thoughts can run free, you will be happy and have more energy.
