Total Body Conditioning Week 30th April 2020 – 06th May 2021

Our aim is to combine fitness and fun in the amazing climate of Lanzarote, thousands of miles from the stress of home.

Now in its 12th year, this innovative addition to the Club La Santa event week programme returns to combine fitness, fun, sport and group fitness activities. This week combines fitness, sport and sun using Pilates, Dance, Boxercise, Aerobics Step, Fitball along with BodyCombat, Body Attack, Body Step and Body Jam.

TRAINING

During the week our fully certified team of instructors will teach a wide range of group fitness classes that will suit all your fitness needs, no matter what your level is.

With awesome feedback from the previous events our professional team of instructors will lead a massive variety of classes designed for all levels of fitness and coordination…combining fitness and fun in a fantastic environment! You’ll have a choice of well over 100 classes, including Pilates, Relaxation, Hatton Boxing, Aerobics, Step, Dance, Fitball, Insanity, PiYo, Feminine Fitness, HIIT, Bootcamps, Functional Training, Spinning and some of the Les Mills programmes which you will recognize from home (Body Combat™, Body Attack™, Body Step™, Body Pump™, CXWORX™ and Body Balance™).

For the first time this year, we will also be offering Personal Training consultations for those of you wanting some specific advice or support with your fitness goals. Leave all your worries behind – come and join your favourite classes under the Lanzarote sun.

The price for the week is €75, including all activities in the programme and a t-shirt. Groups of 15 or more will receive a 50% discount off their entry fee, provided that they register together at least one month before the start of the event. Places are limited, early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.

From time to time, there are not enough participants in an event to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good experience, in which case we reserve the right to cancel. This happens rarely and should this occur you would be refunded the full amount.
