Emma will take you on a journey into the world of Pilates. This event is for both beginners and more experienced in Pilates.
The week offers 3 sessions per day including themed classes in Pilates & Reformer, Aerial Pilates, BodyBalance™, Stretch and Relaxation. Classes are suitable for both beginner and intermediate levels and will focus on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. By the end of the week your entire body will be more flexible, stronger, have better control and you will feel ready to take on the world!
Emma Gibbins has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Pilates & Yoga teacher. She also has a degree in Sports Therapy giving her an in depth knowledge about anatomy which she can apply to all her sessions. She has been working at Club La Santa for nearly 10 years and during that time has delivered thousands of classes from Stretch to BodyCombat™, Yoga to Zumba®, Pilates to Step and much more.
The price is €70, including all activities in the programme and and a special event t-shirt.
Places are limited, early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.
From time to time, there are not enough participants in an event to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good experience, in which case we reserve the right to cancel. This happens rarely and should this occur you would be refunded the full amount.
