Sarah Troelsen Krarup and her team of trainers once again team up for our functional training boot camp.
The boot camp consists of elements from running/endurance training, high intensity training, CrossFit, Olympic/power lifting, kettlebell training, body weight exercises and much more.
The week will be fun, challenging, and cater to each participant’s level of fitness. You have to be at least 18 years old to take part and be open to trying lots of new things. We will divide you into ability groups, so that everyone can get the most out of it but you must have a reasonably good level of fitness to enjoy a fun and challenging week.
CrossFit training is built on three principals:
• Functional movements
• High intensity
• Constantly changing
The functional training boot camp week will challenge everybody, from top athletes to those just training to stay fit. We guarantee that you will improve your fitness and get stronger overall. The final programme will be explained in detail and handed out at the welcome meeting.

The price for the event is €130, including all activities, a t-shirt and the celebratory dinner.
Places are limited, early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.
From time to time, there are not enough participants in an event to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good experience, in which case we reserve the right to cancel. This happens rarely and should this occur you would be refunded the full amount of the event.
