Functional training boot camp
Please note this camp is sold in the UK but takes place at Club La Santa Lanzarote
Sarah Troelsen Krarup and her trainer team once again team up for our functional training boot camps. The boot camp consists of elements from running/endurance training, high intensity training, CrossFit, Olympic/power lifting, kettlebell training, body weight exercises and much more.
The week will be fun, challenging, and cater to each participant’s level of fitness. You have to be at least 18 years old to take part and be open to trying lots of new things. We will divide you into ability groups, so that everyone can get the most out of it but you must have a reasonably good level of fitness to enjoy a fun and challenging week.
CrossFit training is built on three principals:
• Functional movements
• High intensity
• Constantly changing
The functional training boot camp week will challenge everybody, from top athletes to those just training to stay fit. We guarantee that you will improve your fitness and get stronger overall. The final programme will be explained in detail and handed out at the welcome meeting.
Camp registration and travel arrangements
The price for the event is 120€, including all activities, a t-shirt and the celebratory dinner.
Places are limited, early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.
From time to time, there are not enough participants in an event to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good experience, in which case we reserve the right to cancel. This happens rarely and should this occur you would be refunded the full amount.

Sarah Troelsen Krarup; 36 years old and has amongst others participated in the World Championships in CrossFit in 2009 and 2011 (CrossFit Games for teams) and in the European Championships in CrossFit 2011-2014. She’s educated CrossFit Instructor and holds speciality certifications in CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Powerlifting, and CrossFit Olympic lifting. Besides from training teaching and competing in CrossFit, Sarah is a competitive Olympic weightlifter (participated in the European Championships in Weightlifting in 2014) and raw powerlifter, and has trained gymnastics and ballet her entire childhood and youth (17+ years).
