Lydia Campbell, director of FitCamps and a legend of the fitness industry had a vision to create FitCamps Sun Retreat for anyone wanting to spend more time with the FitCamps team, taking this intimate retreat team to Club La Santa in the summer of 2018.
Lydia, Naomi, Zoe and Sunny are bringing you a very different event with the very best dance, fitness and holistic classes designed to REBALANCE your body and REJUVENATE the soul.
There’ll be plenty of time for you to enjoy the other sporting activities (included in the price of your stay), to relax by the pool and really let your hair down!
This is no stuffy retreat! Poolside drinking is allowed and not a single “OM” to be heard!

The FitCamps Sun retreat classes are unique and presented by top international presenters . Classes are run in the morning with a few later in the day including cooling pool Aquafloat sessions.
The Retreat classes are timetabled mainly in the morning along with pool time, allowing you to programme many the Club La Santa activities into your day.

Lydia will bring you her specialist Trigger Point Pilates fantastic for chronic pain and over trained bodies a mix of Pilates and self myofascia work. Body work Vibrations sessions, for a total body release. Lydia is giving hands-on corrections to completely transform the way your body feels.
Naomi’s classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and sculpt your body as well as give you the opportunity to learn mindfulness skills to calm your mind. You’ll get to experience VeraFlow, Barre Beats and Warrior Sculpt.
Zoe is the headmistress of the School of Strut and her mission is to help you feel strutterly fabulous in your own body. She specialises in confidence-boosting dance classes and you’ll discover a newfound love for your amazing body.
Sunny is the king of bellydance and bhangracise and you’ll have the opportunity to try his challenging but insanely fun AquaFloat class – exercising on top of the water will test your body in a ways you may not have felt before – you may spend more time in the water, but who cares when you’re in the sun?
