We have a range of water fitness activities which are both fun and challenging including: SUP Yoga, Aqua Party, Aqua Up, Deep Water Aqua.
This class takes yoga moves and principles and adapts them to a SUP board. This class will stretch and strengthen your body whilst simultaneously challenging your balance.
DEEP WATER AQUA
You will wear an aqua belt for flotation whilst using specialised equipment and the water for resistance. This class offers a non impact cardio and strength workout for all levels. Despite this class being held in the North pool because of the equipment used you don’t need to be an advanced swimmer.
Aqua UP is a high intensity, low impact, fun, full body workout on a Aqua Up board on the water. An Aqua up board is an inflatable mat. Cross training, core, balance, yoga, HIIT – all in a 30 minute session.
You will perform different fitness exercises on a stand up paddle board on the lagoon. The SUP is an unstable platform which acts as a form of balance trainer, increasing the intensity of ever exercise – lots of fun!
