Water Fitness
We have a range of water fitness activities which are both fun and challenging including: SUP Fitness, Aqua Party, Aqua Up & Deep Water Aqua.

SUP FITNESS
You will perform a variety of strength and balance exercises on a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board. The SUP board is an unstable platform that acts as a balance trainer and increases the intensity and difficulty of every exercise.
You must be able to swim to join this class.

DEEP WATER AQUA
Equipped with a floatation belt and a set of foam dumbbells you will perform exercises using the water as your resistance. The faster and bigger you move the harder this will be.
This is a fun, non-impact way to train, that challenges your body in ways not possible on land. The perfect way to work out on hot summer afternoons.

AQUA UP
Aqua Up is a challenging and innovative way to improve your core strength and balance using an inflatable, floating platform. It’s a high intensity, low impact, fun class in the leisure pool.
(Only available in summertime high season).
