BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy, martial arts inspired, non-contact workout.
You will kick and punch your way into shape, working your legs, toning your arms, back and shoulders and strengthening your core. You will also develop coordination, agility and speed at the same time as burning lots of calaries.
