Fitness machines include: treadmills, rowers, stair master, cross trainers.
Our wide range of gym equipment is great for those wanting to workout indoors.
After a good workout, stretching is also possible in our stretching area with foam rollers, wobble board, Thera-bands and more.
Our Green Team instructors in the Fitness Centre are always ready to guide you in how to operate the machines, so you can work the equipment effectively and safely.
The fitness Centre is available for everyone over 15 years-old.
We offer personal training and program planning with one of our qualified instructors.
Free instruction and health check
If you’re feeling nervous about using new equipment or just want get the most out of your work out, our Green Team instructors are always on-hand to offer expert advice, if you want to take your training one step further we offer personal training and programme planning with one of our qualified instructors.
A plan can be designed according to your needs.
For all personal training we will start with a health check – where we report your overall health via a variety of measurements.
For example, a Tanita measurement that measures your body composition, as well as a thorough posture analysis, including measuring: height, weight, waist and upper arms.

For those who enjoy weight lifting, there is a separate weight lifting room.
Activities & Challenges
Fitness Challenge: Come and show us and yourself what you can do! Everyone is welcome regardless of level and experience and when you finish you will receive a diploma. Both men and women are divided into categories: Green (beginner), blue (experienced) and red (advanced). The challenge involves a series of exercises with various machines and equipment. Distances, repetitions and weight vary for each level.
Rowing machine challenge: Row to win or just for fun. You will row against a direct challenge and it is possible for you and others to follow the contest via a TV screen in front of you.
Fitness Centre triathlon: A good start for those who have never tried a triathlon, or those who want to compete in a new way. Please note that we only organise this activity when we get requests from our guests – it is not a normal part of the weekly programme. Come and take the challenge! Sign up in the Fitness Centre.
