We offer a range of cycling classes: HIIT cycling, Power Cycling, FTP Step Cycling.
BASE CAMP CYCLING
Base Camp Cycling consists of a 10 minute introduction to use the use of BODY BIKE INDOOR CYCLING APP and an introduction to the use and adjustments for our Body Bike.After the class consists of a 45 minute workout with moderate-intensive exercise.Bike shoes can be hired for the class, bring water and a towel to the class.
HIIT stands for High Intensive Interval Training and this class consists of a 10 minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE INDOOR CYCLING APP and a 30 minute HIIT workout on a bike.
To use on the BODYBIKE you can download the BODY BIKE INDOOR CYCLING APP that you can to monitor your training.. The app is available for IOS and Android, the use of the app is not mandatory to participate in the class.
FTP STEP TEST CYCLING
Functional Threshold Power, which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for an hour, measured in watts. In this class you will be doing the FTP step-test. The class starts with a short warm-up and the step-test will be between 10-20 minutes.
