We offer a range of indoor cycling classes: Base Camp, Power, HIIT & FTP Step Test Cycling.

BASE CAMP CYCLING
Base Camp Cycling is aimed at beginners and consists of a 10-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and an introduction to the adjusting and using our Body Bikes. Following on from this is a 45-minute moderate to intense cycling workout.
We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join this class.
Duration: 55 minutes

POWER CYCLING
Power Cycling is aimed at intermediate participants and consists of a 5-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP, followed by a 55-minute workout.
We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join this class.
Duration: 60 minutes

HIIT CYCLING
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and consists of a 5-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP followed by a 30-minute HIIT workout. This class is aimed at intermediate to advanced participants.
We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join this class.

FTP STEP TEST CYCLING
FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power, which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for 1 hour and is measured in watts. The class starts with a 5-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP, followed by a 10-15-minute warmup. The actual FTP Step Test takes 10-20 minutes and you will finish with a cool down and stretch.
The use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP is mandatory to participate in this class.
