Is a cycling activity that combines fast movement, various resistances and music.

This activity is a brand new state of the art heart rate training class which allows you to see how hard you are working and gives you the best spinning workout you will ever experience!

 

Base Camp Cycling

Base Cycling consists of a 15 minutes introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and an introduction to the use and adjustments for our Body Bikes. Afterwards the class consist of at 45 min workout with moderate-intensive exercise.

We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join the class.

Duration: 60 minutes

The Jukebox cycling

The Jukebox cycling consists of a 55 minutes workout of the instructor’s choice. Please be aware that we do not have an introduction to the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP in this class.

We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join the class.
