We have a Body Bike team every day, and a variety of team classes that are targeted at different levels.
Our BODY BIKE room is equipped with the latest state of the art bikes from BODY BIKE® and we recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP for displaying and saving your training data. The easy to use app is available for Android and IOS. Please go under general information in the Club La Santa Sports Booking app to read more about the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and how to download and use it.
You can use Look Delta and SPD cleats or trainers. Bike shoes are also available for use free of charge in the body bike room (sizes 37‐46). Please bring water and a towel to the class.
FTP Step Test Cycling
FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power, which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for an hour, measured in watts. In this class you will be doing the FTP step-test. The class starts with a short warm-up and the step-test will be between 10-20 minutes.
The use of the app is mandatory to participate in this class.
Duration: 50 minutes
HIT stands for High Interval Training and this class consists of a 10 minutes introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and a 30 minutes HIT workout on the bike.
We recommend that you download the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP to join the class.
Duration: 40 minutes
Power Cycling consists of a 10 minutes introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and 45 minutes workout on the bike.
