Body Bike
A cycling activity that combines fast movement, varying resistance and energising music
Body Bike is an indoor cycling activity that combines motivating music with aerobic and anaerobic training, adapted for beginners to advanced participants. We run at least one Body Bike class every day aimed at different levels.
Our Body Bike room is equipped with the latest state of the art models from BODY BIKE®. The BODY BIKE® SMART+ goes with the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP that you can download to your smartphone and use for displaying and saving your training data.
You can use Look Delta or SPD cleats with your own bike shoes, and it is also possible to join wearing normal trainers. We do have a limited amount of bike shoes available for use free of charge in the Body Bike Room (sizes 36-48). Please bring water and a towel to the class.
Base Camp Cycling
Base Camp Cycling is aimed at beginners and consists of a 10-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and an introduction to the adjusting and using our Body Bikes. Following on from this is a 45-minute moderate to intense cycling workout.

Power Cycling
Power Cycling consists of a 10 minutes introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP and 45 minutes workout on the bike.
Duration: 55 minutes
HIIT Cycling
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and consists of a 5-minute introduction to the use of the BODY BIKE® INDOOR CYCLING APP followed by a 30-minute HIIT workout. This class is aimed at intermediate to advanced participants.
Duration: 35 minutes
