A high-energy class using the Reebok step platform. Choose from 3 different levels of choreography based on your ability level to challenge both your body and mind.
Introduction to Step is for complete beginners to introduce you to the basic moves of Step.
Beginners Step takes the basic moves from Introduction to Step and puts them together into 3 blocks of simple choreography.
Intermediate step takes the choreography to the next level adding challenges such as turns, rhythm and direction changes.
