The programme
Club La Santa can provide you with an extensive and professional training instruction via PC and e-mail in the form of individually designed training programmes.
The central element in the PLUS training programmes is the dialogue between you and your trainer, helping you to reach your goals at all levels.

Your Personal Trainer
As an athlete training with the PLUS training programme, you are in the hands of experts. You will have your own personal trainer, who will follow you and your training via e-mail. Your PLUS trainer will be at your disposal with answers to your training questions, and if you have specific wishes, he will consult with his PLUS colleagues to ensure you receive the optimum training instruction.
Tests
You are encouraged to visit Club La Santa in order to be tested and thereby establish right intensity of training for you. These tests and the subsequent evaluation and consultation are included in the start-package. Your biking or running will be tested. This is how your PLUS trainer determines your aerobic and anaerobic threshold. If you cannot visit Club La Santa, we will instruct you in doing a test ‘in the field’.
How to get started with the programme
Identify a short-term goal – this will get you started training for the first month. For this purpose, you get a start programme, in which the PLUS team designs you a unique training programme and follows you and your training at home via e-mail. You can get just this one month of training without buying any extra programmes.
