The PLUS instructors offer the following:

Aerobic
Your aerobic-PLUS instructor will help you to get to a higher level in aerobics, teaching you many inspiring exercises while making you sweat, jump and dance

Badminton, Squash and Tennis
Your tennis-PLUS Instructor will play matches against you, teach you how to serve without double faulting, improve your stroke play and show you all the latest techniques of this wonderful sport.

Your badminton-PLUS Instructor will play matches against you, teach you how to play a more attacking game and show you all the tricks and touches you have always wanted to know.

Your Squash-PLUS Instructor will teach you all the shots, show you how you can improve your style and techniques with some intensive training routines.

Biking
Your biking-PLUS Instructor will take you for some wonderful bike rides around Lanzarote, at the speed that best suits you. You will receive advice on how to sit correctly on your bike, how best to pedal and which gears to select while climbing hills.

Fitness
Your fitness-PLUS instructor can show you all the correct exercises in the fitness centre that are best suited to your physical conditioning, and tell you all about correct fitness training. He can also explain how to train if you want to lose weight and look fit.

Golf
Your golf-PLUS instructor can give your whole way of playing a lift. Your technique will be adjusted so you will be aware how to keep on improving.

Running
Your running-PLUS instructor can help you prepare for a marathon or a 10 K competition. If you want to know if your economy of effort is optimal, if your running shoes are the right type for you or if you’d like to know how to get started in running, your running-PLUS instructor can guide you and answer all your questions.

Swimming
If you have never learned how to do breaststroke, how to swim front crawl or butterfly, your swimming-PLUS Instructor can teach you this in our 50m pool. You can also get advice of how to correct your style and technique to help you swim faster.

Triathlon & Duathlon
Maybe you are looking to improve your time at your next Ironman competition, or aiming to try to complete your first ever Ironman. If you are trying to get in shape by combining swimming, biking and running, your Triathlon/Duathlon-PLUS instructor can give you lots of inspiration and useful training guidance, helping you to reach your goals, advising you how to train more while avoiding injury.

Windsurfing
Your Windsurf-PLUS instructor will teach you how to conquer the waves and make the best use of the wind. You will learn how to make a perfect jibe, tack and execute some fancy tricks.
