Spoil yourself with private coaching
Club La Santa PLUS offers you the opportunity to combine your stay with hiring your own private coach, who will offer help and advice, inspiration and support. You can book your own private coach for just a few hours or for the whole week while you are staying with us.

Book in advance
Your PLUS-coach can be booked in advance before you arrive and they can prepare your unique personal training programme for the whole week.

Group Instruction
Everything that is available to the individual can be designed to meet the needs of groups. If you are visiting as a group, you can also hire your own PLUS Instructor to instruct the group in all matters relating to correct training and other issues, for example, carrying out group tests with full analysis and evaluation of results.

Tell us what you want – and you will get it!
You decide which subject and in which sports you would like to be instructed. Your PLUS coach will accompany you on your training, give you useful tips for the future, correct your technique and style and put different training sessions together, which you can try out and be inspired by. Your coach can provide you with the latest guidelines for a correct dietary plan. It’s up to you how many hours you want your instructor to help you.
