How to make a booking

Please telephone to check availability on +44 (0) 161-790-9890. Once we have confirmed availability, a booking can be made with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person, but if inside of 12 weeks prior to departure full balance is due at the time of booking.

We can offer an easy payment scheme, whereby you can make a credit towards your account balance at any time. The outstanding balance must still be paid 12 weeks prior to departure.

Choose your preferred departure date, then move across the columns to find the relevant cost for the type of apartment you require. Please note the prices are per week and if you are opting for more than one week, your dates may fall between different price brackets.

Airport Transfers

Return airport transfers are available to pre book at a cost of £11.00 per person, for guests that have booked a full package only (flight and apartment) Thursday – Thursday. Please note transfer of sports equipment (bikes, etc.) incurs an additional charge at £13.00 per item return.

We are not able to pre-book airport transfers on the Club La Santa transfer coach for clients that do not book flight seats through our office, you can however:

Outbound – take a taxi outside the arrivals hall (please note sometimes the taxi queue can be very long on Thursdays) or pay to go on the Club La Santa coach (subject to space availability), at an approx cost of 8.00€ per person and 8.00€ per any one item of equipment i.e. bike, surf boards (payable on the coach). Please note that we do not meet every flight so there is every possibility that no coach will be in the airport when you arrive.

Inbound – you can pre-book a taxi at reception or pay for a space on the Club La Santa coach transfer in the Guide’s Department located in the Sports booking Office, 48 hours prior to departure at an approx. cost of 8.00€ per person and 8.00 € per any one item of equipment i.e bike, surf board etc

Or you can pre-arrange a dedicated private taxi/coach transfer from Arrecife airport to Club La Santa, through one of our affiliate companies Holiday Taxis or A2B transfers.

Meal Arrangements

You can upgrade from self-catering basis to any of the following, meals to be taken in Atlantico

Breakfast £63.00 per adult/per week £31.50 per child/per week (6-14yrs), under 6yrs FREE

Half Board (Breakfast & Evening meal) £149.00 per adult/per week £74.50 per child/per week (6-14yrs), under 6yrs FREE

Full Board (Breakfast,Lunch (13-14 hrs) & Evening meal) £197.00 per adult/per week £98.50 per child/per week (6-14yrs), under 6yrs FREE

Half Board groups of 15 or more can chose lunch or evening meal by prior arrangement and Full Board only available for groups of 15 people or more.

NOTE: CHILDREN UNDER 6 YRS ARE FREE WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A FULL PAYING ADULT

Share Arrangements

To keep the cost down for those passengers travelling on their own we can offer male/female twin to shares in one bedroom yellow and green apartments only. Basically you pay 50% off the apartment price and we will pair you up with someone of the same sex.

Late Arrival Pack

For those arriving at the resort on a late flight we can arrange for late arrival packs, with essential items, to be in your apartment upon arrival. (there is an additional cost. Price available on request.)

Bike Hire

For the more serious bikers it is possible to hire a Cannondale SIX carbon iltegra SL compact road bike and Cannondale triathlon slice carbon 105 road bike. These bikes should be pre-booked.

Sizes available: 2 × 50cm, 5 × 52cm, 5 × 54cm, 6 × 56cm, 5 × 58cm and 2 × 60cm.
Cost: Weekly 85 Euro/daily 18 Euro.

New bike rules:

1) A credit card number is required at the time of booking. Payment will only be taken when the guests has signed the contract in Sports Booking upon arrival. At this time payment may be in cash or with the credit card. In the case of a cancellation the credit card details will be used to take the cancellation fee.
2)If the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the booking a cancellation fee of 50€ will be charged. There will be no charge for a cancellation prior to 14 days of the start of the hire.
3) A passport must be left at sports booking as a deposit and in case of emergency.
4) For advance bookings the minimum hire period is 3 consecutive days. (e.g. Mon, Tues, Wed)
5) Bikes may be reserved for a single day by guests once at Club La Santa subject to availability.

Please note that from now bikes will be provided with a mini pump and a saddlebag containing 2 replacement inner tubes and tyre lever

Bike Helmets

Please note that as from 1st May 2004, the Spanish law states that all clients must wear a cycle helmet, whilst cycling both on and off road on the Island of Lanzarote. Clients that are taking their own bike must take their own cycle helmet. As bike helmets are only provided for the hire bikes at Club La Santa.

Bike/Extra Equipment Carriage

If you are taking your own bicycles, windsurfs and golf clubs etc they will be classed as excess luggage. Such items are normally charged from £35 per item, payable upon check-in at the airport, and are subject to aircraft load on the day. Some airlines allow you to pre-book your extra equipment prior to travel via credit card, please call our reservations department and we will be happy to give you the relevant number you will need to call.

Passports

A full 10 year British Citizen Passport is required for Lanzarote. It must also be valid for three months after your return. N.B. children must have their own passport.

Visas

Non British citizen passport holders should check with the Spanish consulate with regards to visa requirements prior to travel. The telephone number is +44 (0) 207 589 8989. It is your responsibility to ensure that visa requirements are met.

General information

Renovation, general repairs and expansion

Club La Santa has an ‘on going’ programme of apartment renovation, together with general repairs and expansion, there may, from time to time be an ‘above normal’ level of noise in the affected areas. This will be kept to a minimum and will only occur ( except in extreme emergencies) between the hours of 8.00 am. and 6.00 pm.

Insects

Due to the hot, dry climate of Lanzarote, visitors should be prepared to encounter insects which would not normally be encountered at home. These are generally harmless and can be easily controlled with insecticide, which can be purchased at the supermarket.

New rules for the tennis courts

Please note that since the refurbishment of the tennis courts the wearing of anything other than light coloured soled footwear is prohibited. Players wearing dark soled footwear will not be allowed to use the courts at Club La Santa.
