The ultimate fitness experience

An international team of professional instructors is waiting to give you the ultimate fitness experience. An Aerobics & Dance Convention bursting with energy, professionalism, power, social activities and plenty of sun.

It’s all happening under open skies at the largest playground in the world – Club La Santa. If you are an instructor, or “simply” a super enthusiast, the week will be right up your street. You will receive plenty of inspiration for your own classes and will delight in giving it everything you’ve got together with the world’s elite within aerobics and dance! Instructor or not. Naturally, the
classes will cater for all levels of skill, ensuring everyone the ultimate fitness experience! A very varied programme will be presented by a super team of instructors.

On offer daily:

• 3 step classes
• 2-3 aerobics classes (dance aerobics, Latin aerobics, power aerobics, high-low, etc.)
• 2-3 body/mind/fitness classes (pilates, body toning, kickboxing, etc.)
• 1 aqua workout (deep-water aerobics, shallow-water aerobics, etc.)
• 3-4 dance classes (hip hop, street dance, house, ballroom fitness, rock’n robics, salsa, etc.)
• Not to mention barbeques, discos, salsa evenings, etc. Plenty of social activities both day and night.

• Price per day pass: € 50
